The Situation Room ("the Service") is a real-time intelligence dashboard that aggregates and displays data from multiple third-party sources, including news feeds, financial markets, prediction markets, flight tracking, seismic activity, and social trends.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You may only maintain one account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account used for sign-in.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

3. Payment Terms

• The free tier provides limited access at no cost.
• The Pro plan costs $11.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service aggregates data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial, trading, or safety decisions. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on data displayed through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
