3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate The Situation Room:

• Stripe - payment processing and subscription management
• Resend - transactional email delivery (magic link sign-in)
• Neon - database hosting for user accounts and sessions

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

We use a single session cookie (sr_session) to keep you signed in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure in production, and expires after 30 days. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

We retain your account data (email and subscription status) for as long as your account is active. Session tokens are automatically deleted upon sign-out or after they expire (30 days). If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
